Before you use any service provided on the Platform, visit, browse or use the Platform, and/or in any way contact or correspond with IROCK, please read this Policy carefully to fully understand our process of the personal information collected or generated on this Platform, and our practice regarding personal information and privacy protection. You understand and agree that IROCK may process your personal information according to this Policy.

This Policy shall apply to your personal information that may be involved when you visit, browse, use this Platform operated by IROCK, no matter the information is provided by yourself, collected by IROCK during your use of this Platform, or shared by other sources according to applicable laws and regulations, or based on your authorization or consent. IROCK may collect, verify, store, use, process, disclose, transfer and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, this Policy and other terms and conditions otherwise agreed between you and IROCK (if any).
If you are a corporate entity, we may also collect personal information from your operators on this Platform or your designated contacts. You represent and warrant that you are fully authorized to acknowledge and agree to this Policy on behalf of your operators or designated contacts. For simplicity, you and your operators and/or contacts are collectively referred to as “you” below.
1 How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
1.1 Our purpose of information collection is to provide you with services on this Platform; contact or communicate with you; understand your needs; build up, maintain and develop our relationship; and comply with applicable laws and regulations. The personal information we collect may include information in electronic or any other forms.
1.2 In order to provide you with services, you need to provide us or allow us to collect from you the following information (including sensitive personal information in bold) necessary for the following purposes or functions, and we will obtain your express consent if we need to change the purpose for which the information is collected. You agree that the sensitive personal information will be processed for the purposes and in the manner set forth in this Policy.
(a) The information we must collect to provide you with our basic services. If you refuse to provide the information, you will not be able to use this Platform:
(i) registration and logging on the Platform: phone number and email. If you only need to use the browsing and searching services, you do not need to register an account or provide the above information;
(ii) order management: name, phone number and address;
(iii) export control screening service: name and address;
(iv) payment service: bank account, credit card information and transaction records.;
(v) delivery of products: name, phone number and address. We need to share your personal information with third-party express for completion of delivery in accordance with Section 3 of this Policy;
(vi) maintenance of proper and secure operation of the Platform and controlling of related risks: your service log, device type, device identifier, IP address and internet service provider (ISP). If the information alone or in combination with other information may be used to identify your identity, we will treat it as your personal information and properly protect it.
(b) You may decide, at your free choice, to provide us, or allow us to collect from you, the following information for the following purposes or functions. You have the right to withdraw consent to such provision at any time. If you refuse to provide the following information, you are not able to use or enjoy the relevant functions, but your use of other functions of our services will not be adversely affected:
(i) consumer service and dispute handling: user name, name, phone number, email address, your communication, correspondence/call records and related contents (including specific order information and other information provided by you to prove relevant facts);
(ii) displaying information about products and marketing: your footprint and search history, browsing and search logs, and device information. We will combine the above information to predict your preference through algorithmic models and match products or other information that may be of interest to you. We may also push commercial advertisements to you based on your preference.
You may turn off the personalized content or recommendation by sending mail to customer-service@irockstores.com, and if you do not want to receive commercial advertisements, you can unsubscribe or close them by sending mail to customer-service@nexperiastore.cn.
(c) Your personal information may also be used for the following purposes:
(i) to comply with any applicable laws and any order or requirement from any authority;
(ii) to perform the compliance obligations of IROCK and its, including import and export regulatory compliance, tax compliance and/or compliance with any applicable laws or requirements of any authority; or to implement any policy or procedure made by IROCK for performance of their compliance obligations;
(iii) as required by or to fulfil IROCK’s internal operational requirements (including the statistics, analysis, processing and handling of data; the design, research, development and improvement of Platform, service and product; the purposes of planning, insurance, audit and administration).
1.3 To the extent allowed by applicable laws, we may process your personal information without your consent under any of the following circumstances:
(i) where it is in direct relation to state security or national defense security;
(ii) where it is in direct relation to the public security, public sanitation, or significant public interests;
(iii) where it is in direct relation to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgments, etc.;
(iv) where it is necessary for the execution or performance of a contract to which you are a party;
(v) where it is necessary for our performance of statutory duties or statutory obligations;
(vi) where it is necessary for the response to a public health emergency or for the protection of the life, health and property safety of a natural person in an emergency;
(vii) where such acts as news reporting and supervision by public opinions are carried out for the public interest, and the processing of your personal information is within a reasonable scope;
(viii) where it is necessary to process the personal information disclosed by yourself or other personal information that has been legally disclosed within a reasonable scope in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws; and
(ix) other circumstances prescribed by applicable laws and administrative regulations.
2 How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
2.1 IROCK retains personal information only for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including as described in this Policy or in other agreement between, or as required by applicable laws.
2.2 We endeavor at all times to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized or accidental access, processing or erasure. We maintain this commitment to information security by implementing appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to secure your personal information.
2.3 IROCK have dedicated teams for business management, technology support and security protection to operate and manage the Platform. The teams bear clear and specific responsibilities for information security and the team leaders will ensure the performance of these responsibilities. In addition, IROCK also sets up a series of management mechanism for system access, data privacy and security safeguard.
2.4 The server of this Platform is deployed in EU. We effectively prevent network attacks by properly setting up and using the firewall and antivirus applications within a highly secured environment.
2.5 We exercise strict management over our staff members who may have access to your personal information, including but not limited to access control applied to different positions, contractual obligation of confidentiality agreed with relevant staff members, formulation and implementation of information security related policies and procedures, and related training offered to staff. When we engage third-party service providers, we also impose strict confidentiality obligations on them and request them to abide by our security standards when processing personal information.
2.6 For the security of your personal information, you shall also keep your personal information secret and confidential, such as your account information, identity information, and all documents, materials, devices or other media that may contain or record or otherwise relate to such personal information. You shall make sure that your personal information and relevant documents, materials, devices or other media are used only in a secured environment. You shall not, at any time, disclose to any other person or allow any other person to use such information and relevant documents, materials, devices or other media. Once you think your personal information and/or relevant documents, materials, devices or other media have been disclosed, lost or stolen and may so endanger the relation between you and IROCK or the services provided by the Platform, you shall notify us immediately so that we may take appropriate measures to prevent further loss from occurring.
2.7 If unfortunately any personal information security incident occurs, we will adopt emergency plan and take relevant actions and remediation measures to mitigate the severity and losses in connection therewith. In accordance with applicable laws, we will properly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, the action you can take on your own to prevent and mitigate the risk, the remedies we will provide to you, etc. If it is difficult to inform the subject of personal information one by one, we will take a reasonable and effective way to publish an announcement.
3 How We Share, Transfer, Entrust or Disclose Your Personal Information
3.1 Share of personal information
We will not share your personal information with other companies, organizations or individuals except for the following situations:
(a) With your express consent: We may share your personal information with others upon your prior express consent;
(b) Under statutory circumstances: We may share your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, for the needs of dispute resolution, or as required by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with applicable laws (including but not limited to any regulator or other authority of IROCK, or any organization or individual designated by such regulators or authorities);
(c) For the purposes under this Policy: you agree that IROCK may share your personal information with the following domestic and offshore third-parties processors:
(i) We will share your name, phone number and address with IROCK ELECTRONIC PTE. LTD. for completion of each transaction, whose contact information is Phone 65 80288783;
(ii) We will further share your name, phone number and address with other entities within IROCK as listed below for process of order data:

In accordance with applicable laws, IROCK will enter into data processing agreement with the third-party personal information receivers, requiring such entities to protect your personal information appropriately and to process only for the purposes under this Policy, in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and this Policy.
3.2 Cross-border provision of personal information
You acknowledge and agree that your information may be shared with entities outside EU under the following circumstances:
(a) when we share your personal information with other entities of IROCK;
(b) as required by applicable laws.
We will be in strict compliance with the requirements of applicable laws regarding the cross-border provision of personal information, and take necessary measures to ensure that the activities of the offshore recipients meet the standards of protection of personal information set forth in applicable laws and this Policy. You may exercise your rights under the applicable laws through the contact information of such offshore recipients as listed in Section 3.1(c).
3.3 Transfer of personal information
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual except for the following circumstances:
(a) after acquiring your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to third parties;
(b) when the transfer of personal information is involved in a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, we will require the new company or organization to which your personal information is transferred to continue to be bound by this Policy, otherwise we will require the new company or organization to seek your consent again.
3.4 Entrusted process of personal information
We do not engage third-party processors to assist us in operating this Platform or entrust the processing of personal information. If, as the functionality of this Platform expands, we need to entrust a third party to process your personal information, we will require the third party to comply with applicable laws and this Policy and to adopt relevant confidentiality and security measures, and we will monitor the third party's personal information processing activities.
4 Your Rights Relating to Personal Information
4.1 You have the right to access, correct and/or update your personal information, withdraw consent to our processing of your personal information, object to the use of your personal information for automated decision-making, and make complaints about how we process your personal information by customer-service@irockstores.com. For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
4.2 You have the right to close your account by sending mail to customer-service@irockstores.cn and request for deletion of your personal information in accordance with the applicable laws, this Policy, and other agreement between us. Upon cancellation of your account, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, unless applicable laws require that such information be retained.
4.3 Upon the receipt of your request, we will reply to you within 15 business days. Normally we will not charge fees for the processing of your reasonable requests related to personal information. Nevertheless, for the frequently repeated and unreasonable requests, we will charge certain fees to the extent allowed by the laws and regulations. We may reject requests that involve excessive technical means (e.g., the need to develop a new system or fundamentally change the existing practices), that pose a risk to the legitimate interests of others, or that are deemed grossly impractical (e.g., relating to information stored on backup tapes).
4.4 Due to the requirements of laws and regulations, we may not to be able to respond to your request under any of the following circumstances:
(a) where the request is in direct relation to state security or national defense security;
(b) where the request is in direct relation to the public security, public sanitation, or significant public interests;
(c) where the request is in direct relation to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgments, etc.;
(d) where there is sufficient evidence that you are intentionally malicious or abuse your rights;
(e) where responses to your request will give rise to serious damage to your or any other individual or organization’s legal rights and interests; or
(f) where the request involves any trade secret.
5 How We Handle Minors’ Personal Information
5.1 We understand the importance of protecting the minors’ personal information with extra caution. You must be aged 18 or above to use this Platform. If you are under 18 years old, please terminate your information submission or use immediately and notify us of the same as soon as possible so that we may take effective measures. If we find that a minor’s personal information has been collected, we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
6 How We Use Cookies and Other Technologies
6.1 We may use Cookies and other technologies to better understand your behavior, facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches, and for security and fraud prevention purposes. The information collected by Cookies is anonymous aggregated research data, without name, address, telephone number, email address or any other personal contact information. The Platform is initially set to accept the use of Cookies. You can manage or delete Cookies according to your preference. Should you wish to disable Cookies, but you may not be able to take full advantage of the services of the Platform.
7 Update of this Policy
7.1 This Policy might be changed. We will not reduce any of your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. We will release any change to the Policy on this page and inform you of the updates by [using a pop-up notice or sending an email]. We will also [archive the old versions for your reference].
7.2 For major changes, we will provide a more conspicuous notice [via email] to explain the details of the changes to the Policy. Such major changes include but are not limited to:

8.1 Where you provide to us personal information about another person, you should ensure that person acknowledges this Policy and, in particular, tell him/her how we may use his/her information. You should remind that person to read this Policy in advance and may also give him/her a copy of this Policy.
